The shop is run by Petula and Melissa, a mother/daughter team, who are both passionate healers.

Petula is the owner and the heart of Willow Haven, She is a highly experienced Healer with a deep passionfor supporting others on their spiritual journey. She works with a range of healing modalities including Sound Healing, Crystal therapy, Energy work, Meditation and Pellowah. She is also a very experienced As a gifted and experienced Medium/ Teacher - with over 45 years of practical experience - Petula offers Readings and Guidance, helping clients find clarity and connection. In addition to being an Ordained Minister - who can perform a variety of services as such, like Weddings and Blessings - Petula is also fully qualified and insured in Lastone Therapy and Reflexology, bringing a holistic approach to her practice. Petula is also a certified Healer trainer and regularly leads a variety of workshops and courses on Crystals, Tarot and more - sharing her knowledge with warmth, wisdom and care. She teaches Healer practitioner courses and Crystal Healing Practitioner courses. Petula has also done a variety of training in Shamanic practices. Petulas favourite crystals are Turquoise, Quartz, Tanzanite and beach pebbles.
Mel is a Medium and Healer. She has extensive experience as a medium and ordained minister. Mel offers card readings, psychic readings and healing at the shop on Fridays. She also offers Hopi Ear candling. She is registered and insured with the Corinthians Healing Association. Mels favourite crystal is Bumblebee Jasper.
Melissa is an Energy healer with over 10 years of experience helping others to reconnect with their inner balance and strength. She is a certified Reiki Master, Crystal Healer and Pellowah Practitioner. At Willow Haven, she wears many hats! In addition to offering healing sessions, she helps run the shop, creating lots of the handcrafted items we sell and taking care of the website and social media. Melissas favourite crystals are Labradorite, Chrysocolla and Green Moss Agate.
Michaela is with us on Thursdays for Crystal Healing, Energy Healing, Cancer Wellness and Mindful touch therapies. Michaela is an empath and a lightworker and connects with Angels for her work. She started out in beauty therapy and massage over 30 years ago and over theyears has been drawn to healing more and more. Michaela learnt Reiki back in the 90's and is a 'Wellness for Cancer' Healing touch therapist and more recently a Crystal healing practitioner. She loves nothing more than helping people to relax and achieve a sense of inner peace to deal with any emotional, mental or physical stress that is often caused by our modern way of living. Michaela loves crystals and her favourites are Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Citrine.
All our Healers are fully qualified, certificated and insured.
